The deadline for the submission of Workshop proposals is 20 December 2025. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their Workshop by email in the course of March 2026.
Submission Instructions
The Program Committee will evaluate proposals based on their alignment with the congress topics, relevance to the audience, and potential to enhance the overall program. Selected workshops should complement the event while appealing to a broad segment of attendees.
Proposals should explicitly address the following criteria:
- Purpose and outcomes: Articulate a specific, action-oriented workshop purpose with a well-defined description to attract participants.
- Topical relevance: Focus on new, emerging, or high-interest topics within the community.
- Workshop agenda: Provide a clear agenda with confirmed contributors.
- Interactivity: Ensure an engaging format, such as discussions, Q&A sessions, or panels, to foster lively exchanges of ideas.
- Attractive workshop format for the audience: We recommend avoiding workshops hosting classical presentations of projects or marketing existing products. We advise for workshops with short presentations/demonstrations and intensive discussions with the attendees.
Additional Information
- Duration: Workshops should be either a half day (09:30–12:30, including a 30-minute break), or a full day (09:30–16:30, including a 1 hour lunch break and two coffee breaks).
- Format: All workshops will be held in-person.
- Room equipment: All rooms have standard AV equipment.
- Registration: All speakers and participants must register for the Congress.
- Gender balance: Workshops are encouraged to ensure diversity (e.g., gender balance) among speakers (in case of multiple speakers/trainers).
