Set on the banks of the iconic Yarra River, Zinc will showcase seasonal produce with a focus on sourcing sustainable ingredients from local suppliers.

Transport
Buses (included in the price of your Gala Ticket) to leave at 18.45 hrs sharp in front of the Pan Pacific hotel.
Buses will return to the Pan Pacific at 23.00 and 23.30 hrs.
